Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, design selections, and personalization details. NAVERAS is not responsible for issues caused by inaccurate information supplied by the customer.
Custom-made, personalized, altered, and made-to-order items are final sale unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.
Any applicable production timeline will be communicated before or after the order is accepted. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options, estimated processing times, delivery estimates, and applicable shipping charges are provided during checkout or in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. NAVERAS is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
