At NAVERAS, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully prepared to ensure the highest standard of quality. We want you to love your order, and we are happy to assist with any concerns regarding your purchase.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

Please have your order number and the email address used to place your order ready.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and the NAVERAS security ribbon must remain attached.

  • Items must be free from makeup, stains, odors, alterations, or any signs of wear.

  • Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces

  • Made-to-order dresses

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Gift cards

Return Process

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.

  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and follow the on-screen instructions.

  4. Once your request is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Important Notice

For hygiene and quality assurance, returns will only be accepted if the item is returned in its original condition with all original tags and the NAVERAS security ribbon fully intact. Items returned without the security ribbon or with signs of tampering will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
